Old man at this age finally getting some calls his way. His efficiency is through the roof this season because of it and after the poor start to the season the Warriors are 7-3 which I don’t think anyone had them playing this well.

This season, through 8 games he has 4 games where he has shot 10 or more free throw attempts.

In the 2025-2026 season, he played 43 games and had 3 games where he shot 10 or more free throw attempts.

In the 2024-2025 season, he played 70 games and had 4 games where he shot 10 or more free throw attempts.

See what leaving that terrible shoe company Under Armor has done.

That Chinese money is doing wonders for Curry’s whistles.

Jimmy taught Steph the dark arts and now they’re both with Li-Ning.

Finally getting the whistle he deserves tbh

Think it has to do with Draymond toning it down. Ref isn’t going to give a favorable whistle with him bitching. Didn’t see any of the warriors throwing a tantrum- helps they know they have a squad

Lol no, he is literally the same, he got kicked out of a game last game. You’re just confirming a bias that isn’t true.

If anything it’s curry left under armor lmao. That’s the only real difference this year.

Edit: I love all of you downvoting this with no response because you are upset your bias isn’t right.

Jimmy has an elite whistle and he’s with Li-Ning. Maybe that’s why Steph signed with Li-Ning too.

Look at his overall stats this year

Yep, when we all talk about how insane his numbers would be if he just got a decent whistle, this is what we are talking about. This at 38. Now imagine from 2015-2023.

Steph has maybe also gotten slightly better at drawing fouls but I’m not even sure how much I believe this.

I’ve seen him throw up shots when he feels contact and then just get no whistle in previous years lol. When that’s the norm for him it makes sense that he would just not to try to draw fouls.

This season he’s actually getting those calls more consistently which just changes everything.

Watching him in person the last few times in Sacramento, I’ve noticed he has become a really elite foul…..drawer

StyMaar

Steph with a half decent whistle would be near MJ in average ppg, exhibit #8.

What’s crazy is they all feel earned. I cannot believe he’s getting actual calls finally.

They have him on the ball way more now instead of running around screens all day he’s taking his man off the dribble . They don’t call the grabs when he’s off ball

bbj123

18 | 12 hours ago

They’ve been calling those a little more. They’ve also been calling more landing space fouls for him

Icy-Organization-901

7 | 12 hours ago

No?? It’s literally the opposite with Yaxel and Podz having to share the ball with

SupremeSoul

2 | 10 hours ago

He’s definitely more on ball this year which is why it’s no coincidence he’s getting way more calls this year. Most of his highlights so far are of him attacking mismatches (see the teardrop on Franz or the Luka ankle breaker).

StyMaar

30ppg average.

Sahztheking

6 | 7 hours ago

Am I tripping because he’d average 35ppg easily with a fair whistle, damn near close to if not 40ppg with a superstar whistle. They really had to nerf him because an elite shooter like him getting easy ones would just jump start him.

_TooMellow

Foul merchant

Steph Curry in 8 games has 4 games of 10 or more FTA this season which matches his total in 2024 where he played 70 games.
