To be fair, Chet, Cason Wallace and J-Dub are literally All-NBA Defensive Team players. Lots of teams would struggle to score against them.

The Wizards scored ZERO points against those guys tonight!

I know the Thunder are a good defensive team, but they are missing Chet and Cason. How are the Wizards STILL this bad?

MrsKeikoOBrien

Also missing JDub. JWill is also out. Thunder is so injured right now.

SHOOTERS SHOOT

Afraid-Department-35

10 | 13 hours ago

Apparently have guys that can’t shoot 3s have shoot 3s. Also no AD, Trae had a generational stinker + didn’t give Middleton a chance to have a legacy game.

bight111

24 | 13 hours ago

75 points in 2026 is crazy teams score that in a half nowadays 😭

itgoesdownandup

2 | 9 hours ago

Didn’t the Nets put up like 64 points or something like that last season.

BornShook

2 | 3 hours ago

Yeah, against the Knicks. I think it was 66 actually. But it was the lowest scoring game for a team since 2017 i believe

myhellcatgotRepod

48 | 14 hours ago

Trae Young’s skill to orchestrate an offense produced a Wizards’ season low that’s even lower than the Charlotte Hornet’s season low of 80 points. 212 million dollars for his services BTW

Overall-Palpitation6

8 | 8 hours ago

Hot take - Trae was never that great a shooter.

Trae has never shot better than .382 from downtown in a season, and has shot better than .361 just twice. He is a career. 360 shooter on 3’s inside 30FT. He has shot just .348 from downtown in his last 164 NBA games.

ForTheOAKLand

2 | 3 hours ago

I mean 38% from 3 with his shot diet is pretty damn good. I agree the last few years his 3 ball fell off a cliff tho

ragtime_sam

2 | 9 hours ago

I hate him. Pure haram ball and he’s not even good at it. Braindead front office

Ghost6x

70 | 14 hours ago

Trae Young doesn’t play hard because hes afraid of sweating off his scalp spray paint

Sijols

11 | 13 hours ago

he might be a good 6th man but he makes too much money for that

he’s just gonna play liek dogshit on the dogshit wizards. cash his 50m checks

remember when people thought the wizards might be decent this season, holy moly they stink

also many metrics say bub carrington is one of the worst players in the league. especially on defense. I liked bub since his rookie season but if he can’t start producing like a NBA average player he’s cooked sooner rather than later

National-Mail6279

5 | 12 hours ago

I think the Wizards will be decent this year. 30-35 wins in an East that got a lot better this year is a big improvement

Comfortable-Key-1930

3 | 6 hours ago

Yea, theyre playing one of the best teams and have at least 4 crucial rotational players out, including AD. People should calm

Grooviemann1

4 | 13 hours ago

I was one of those people that thought they might be decent, but haven’t had a chance to watch them. Are there any bright spots or is it all bad?

Electric_jungle

8 | 12 hours ago

Kyshaw George is a real NBA player and despite rough shooting tonight has been great all season. AJ has shown flashes of brilliance, but is getting rooked a bit lately. That’s really… Most of it. AD is easily our best player but that’s not a surprise. Inconsistent flashes from others. Things will get better but reality has set in about where we’re truly at. Despite how regrettable Young’s contract will be, we’re still far worse without him most night.

Grooviemann1

2 | 12 hours ago

Do Trae and AD have any chemistry (or might they develop some)? That’s what I was banking on, health permitting being the obvious caveat.

jeefzors

1 | 3 hours ago

Alex Sarr had his best game of the season last night, despite going 1-9 from 3pts. First game with 10+ rebounds.

SwampFocs

The Hornets have not played them yet. Give us a chance before the ink dries on that record. 😢

Jazzlike_Royal_9567

Hey I was there in January when the hornets beat us by 27. That game was insane. At one point, Lamelo threw the ball backwards while falling out of bounds in the corner and it went in the basket for 3 points

lmaoooyikes

33 | 14 hours ago

The audacity of Trae to talk about Shai when this bum can’t score with foul baiting + FTAs

ThaCrawFish

5 | 13 hours ago

What did he have to say?

lmaoooyikes

Talked about Shai flopping/exaggerating contact on a podcast, acting like he’s not one of the biggest floppers in the league lol

Viciouscauliflower21

3 | 13 hours ago

No AD, Trae only had four points, nobody on the bench got past single digits. Yea, that’s rough

beckychao

4 | 13 hours ago

the Thundah are still really good but the Wiz also have a sucky roster that doesn’t work unless AD is there

should’ve been building, with Sarr as a starting block, instead they went all in and stunted him and now AD is out after taking friendly fire

After 10 minutes of garbage time, and you have seen enough!! Thank god you are not the GM.

I assume you would have traded Mara for peanuts after SL.

If Terry is good or not, will prove itself, but he is there to be another body, and try to supports new players learning the system instead of insulting them online after two games.

uco-b

I was one of the only ones not panicking about Mara in SL. Dalen Terry on the other hand is not good at basketball.
