The scoring of course has been ridiculous, but he’s also been the Laker’s much needed second-best rebounder and has still been racking up the assists.

Just a legendary run where we’re seeing names like Oscar, Michael, and Wilt.

Not sure why it’s not loading on stat-ref but Amazon prime also posted it haha

If Luka has a 35/5/5 game his averages go down in every category.

dantheflyingman

And Lakers likely lose

oat38

35/5/5 is a bad game for Luka at this point

First-Huckleberry872

This but unironically

KarrotMovies

If Luka did this, his averages would go down

that is the exact point of the comment to which you replied

It was something like if Westbrook had a 30/10/10 game his averages would all go down.

And a “Lebron” is a terrible game for Luka

srhdt

2 | 3 hours ago

40/5/5 is also bad for him and would bring his average down.

If he stays healthy he’s 100% winning mvp

imperabo

9 | 10 hours ago

Probably. But Wenby is also doing some freaky shit.

On or off the court? Or both? He’s French so you never know

yuhanz

4 | 9 hours ago

If they’re neck and neck standing wise, they’ll give it to luka because Wemby wins DPoY at that point

jking191

What if I told you Luka leads the league in FG% allowed as primary defender. 32.3 percent. And if you filter it to only 2 point FG% allowed, he leads the league (by much more) at 22.9 percent.

imperabo

3 | 8 hours ago

Probably. And the assumption that Wemby will win plenty of MVPs.

Upvoting for using normal numbers like 35-5-5 instead of those stats or like 32-7-3

Shocked that Harden / Westbrook never accomplished this. Appreciating every bit of the greatness we are witnessing.

Suprised its not Westbrook’s record

All Luka needed was for LeBron to bail to remind everyone how amazing he is

Was doing this last year he just got injured

messigoat1337

RemyGee

Yeah last March when the Lakers went like 15-1. He doesn’t really follow the Lakers I guess.

I swear Lebron attracts the most ridiculous fans

You sound like you don’t actually watch games which is about par for the course on this subreddit.

Curry passed Oscar last game. Yax tied Wilt

Surely Wilt must have that record, no?

I think names like Manu Ginobili and Harden were thrown around but that might have been after his debut.

Because the Suns and Kings drafted on athletic upside. The Kings also drafted for fit lol. The Hawks I don’t know they thought maybe the additional first they were getting was worth it or something. I’m a Hawks fan and wanted Luka. The additional first round pick was completely wasted on Reddish, who again was this athletic upside, highlights player who had terrible actual production.

Luka Dončić ties Oscar Robertson’s NBA record with 7 straight games of 35+ PTS, 5+ REB, and 5+ AST
