Apparently that sub is banned now(?) but I remember I had to block it when Luka wiped his sweat on the ball (gross, lol, but also bizarrely common and for some reason many players do it) and they were literally calling him the grossest nastiest athlete of all time.
That’s nowhere near as gross as Steph throwing his fucking mouthguard into the crowd, even.

I got hate in this sub for saying he might be the greatest scorer this game has ever seen because he keeps getting better and is now entering his prime years. We’re witnessing this guy doing something we haven’t seen in a long time, and people still downplay his performance because he scores 35+ in his sleep, so they act like this is normal.
And a lot of his game is just pattern-recognition; he doesn’t have a quick step, he just has shiftiness and an uncanny ability to know which way to step. It’s like the game slows down for him and he can work his way past 3-4 guys sometimes like a henchman fight in an action movie.
Most of that is going to age pretty well. His rebounds will probably go down a bit while his assists go up. I could see him scoring 30 a game until he’s in his late 30s.
He’s playing some of the most incredible ball I’ve seen and the way it naturally comes for him makes me believe this is not a hot stretch, but his true level when he’s healthy.
If you told me he was a Slovenian Michael Jordan I wouldn’t question it either
I mean he was averaging 29ppg at 20 years old.

i know its crazy to say, but Luka is one of the few with GOAT potential. Steph, KD, Bron got close but aged out - Giannis and Joker basically aren’t going to win enough. Luka is young enough to make something happen - im just happy to watch and hope he stays injury free
