Raptors with No centre are free eats for him.

They played Poeltl today, he just didn’t start

Buttsmuggler69

65 | 8 hours ago

Yes playing Poetl is equivalent to not having a center, dude fucking sucks

Frosty-Roof3124 [OP]

-12 | 8 hours ago

I don’t think he is good but technically he is a center

Derpy_Mc_Burpy

13 | 8 hours ago

my guy Poeltl was not only coming off the bench, but scottie/CMB was guarding Jokic not poeltl. He was a non factor against jokic

Pterox511

4 | 8 hours ago

Do you wanna trade ur washed big for ours, equivalent exchange i promise 💔

-xXxMangoxXx-

4 | 8 hours ago

The issue is yak is fucked. We badly need a decent starting level center. That and kawhis health are by far the most important things for us this season.

Avariciouspygmyshrew

6 | 8 hours ago

He said Raptors with no center, Yak can’t even play a full 15 mins. It’s downright rude to do this to CMB.

Frosty-Roof3124 [OP]

tons of people have it’s been all over social media??

Much-Philosopher-935

34 | 8 hours ago

or you could just search jokic in the search bar on top and sort by new to find 10 threads of people circlejerking each other calling him washed over a 6 game sample size

HabitualSpaceM

-10 | 8 hours ago

lol and no one took them seriously, I just checked. Or are you saying that one source by Bill Simmons is legit.

Much-Philosopher-935

12 | 8 hours ago

who cares about legit? OP is just making fun of the people(a lot of them btw) saying that he was washed it’s not that deep

tekumse

-11 | 7 hours ago

Nobody called him washed. The question is if he has started a tiny decline. Bron is now many years off his best and not washed.

better-bitter-butter

4 | 7 hours ago

One of the first results if you do what they said says Jokic is washed in the 1-sentence title.

Like at least play along. If you don’t even read the comment you reply to you’re just being a weird dork.

-xXxMangoxXx-

11 | 8 hours ago

It’s actually not on OP. A lot of people have been questioning if it’s a slow start to the season or if the injuries from last season are still there. That led to people discussing if he’s declining, and that devolved into people saying he’s washed.

Saw smaller guys down low and said free eats instead of looking for someone on the perimeter with Collin Gillespie or Jrue Holiday on him

CaptainCerealCanada

9 | 8 hours ago

To be fair, Jrue is an all time great post defender for a shorter guy

NewConcentrate9682

3 | 6 hours ago

That’s the weird thing. I wonder what made him flip the switch today and actually back some guys down instead of being passive. Maybe it was just patented Jokic moodiness.

OyeCorazon

id like to think he pretends not to care about NBA media but he secretly reads it and takes it personally lol

ObeseKenyan

35 | 8 hours ago

Best game he’s had in a long time. I 100% don’t believe he’s washed but he wasn’t the same after 6 weeks off. I think his conditioning definitely took a huge hit since he had a knee injury and couldn’t train as hard for over a month. But his start to the year has been a bit baffling.

He was ultra aggressive in the paint today and that’s the version of him that opens up looks for everyone and dominates other teams. Hopefully he keeps it up

BKNas

11 | 8 hours ago

My whole thing is who called him washed? Some are saying he’s no longer in his prime, but I didn’t see anyone saying he’s no longer dominant, just that he’s starting to reach the end of his athletic peak, and that’s normal for players who are 32+. LeBron, Curry and KD had to recently face this reality. All players do.

RomuloMalkon68

4 | 3 hours ago

What washed? Because of a few games this season? Are you people nuts? He was 6 years in a row top 2 candidate for the MVP won it 3 times and honestly deserved to win more.

Lmao1903

1 | 5 hours ago

He’s not “washed” necessarily in the sense that he won’t be one of the best players to play the game, but its possible that his game is taking a hit with his age and that injury. Most old players can have great games, it just becomes harder to sustain it when you are older

JeanVicquemare

Who on this planet is dumb enough to call Jokic washed?

lurkersinceforever

1 | 5 hours ago

I swear say he starts nearly every season slow and builds an MVP calibre season. Fans just wanna overreact after like 6 games

trentyz

1 | 3 hours ago

Jokic has never been washed in his life lol

qqbeef

1 | 3 hours ago

Jokic seems to have a bit of a chicken and egg situation with his 3 ball. He had one 3PA this game, and I think this season he also had a game with killer shooting where he had 0 3PA. The real question is, does he have good games when his 3PA is low, or does is his 3PA low when he has a good game?

The best version of Jokic can hit 3s, but how valuable is 90s style Jokic, who still has the crazy passing, but scores almost entirely with post ups?

ShaH33R2K

1 | 2 hours ago

He’s not washed obviously, but he’s also not the same as he was in previous seasons. Doesn’t mean he won’t have great games in most nights tho, or at least should

NotFrankSalazar

Ole Bill said his prime may be coming to an end which I don’t think is true but isn’t a crazy thing to assume, a lot of players primes are 26-32 in that area. Your prime ending doesn’t mean you’re washed.

-xXxMangoxXx-

10 | 8 hours ago

They’re referring to people on Reddit spamming how he’s washed and he’s shit now over the last 6 games.
