He’s been a really good spark plug off the bench for Minnesota. I love having him on the team. He’s better than a minimum player but he’s not good enough to be a starter.
Other way around. Jamal got a complex because Bones had a great rookie year slotting in next to Jokic after he tore his ACL. Not too dissimilar to Westbrook on Reggie Jackson. No offense to Jamal since he’d developed his game a lot, but that roster spot he sits in is extremely valuable, and many, many guards would look good there too.

So I think it’s both the stats crowd and the highlights crowd. Like you would have to watch hornets games to see Lamelo and not only that you would have to watch hornets games when he wasn’t injured and when he had competent players to pass to. Which is a pretty small subset of time and people.
I can’t remember the exact stat but in their run year I’m sure he was raising his team mates by an insane level.
