Jayson Tatum hits and knocks over the hand sanitizer stand, Scheierman cleans up after him
At least someone takes sanitation seriously
Jayson ‘virus lover’ Tatum
Superstar? More like superspreader
Number 0? More like patient zero
He’s got a great PR team, you will forget this tomorrow
Jayson “Rudy Gobert” Tatum?
Jayson Taintrum
He just believes more in hand de-sanitizing stations
hes immunized against germs
Gobert would never
Just a mature adult human being.
Good to respect the away team staff and their cleaning crew. They do no wrong.
He knew Baylor would clean it up
That’s my Nebraskan
Bro is respectful
Not bruh but other bro
A hufflepuff would never
It was clearly an accident. He was just swinging his arms like a jolly old huffle puff
It was a natural walking motion.
I was thinking “Slytherin would never” since JB said in a recent interview that he is in how Slytherin and tried to make it philosophical 😭
Almost like the comment you are replying to was already referencing that interview. Crazy.
crazy pull I can’t believe you remember what JB said and tied it to the Hufflepuff comment, well done
I couldn’t be happier the Rockets be pissing people off.
You guys look like a legit contender this year, what happened?
we actually have a pg, fred came back and marcus smart for 6m a year. last year we couldn’t finish games at all because we had zero players who can handle ball down the stretch. fred and smart have been invaluable
I like your GM. Yall have made good moves over the last few years. And it was wise to consider the return of FVV to be their offseason big move.
Other GMs, like Rob Pelinka, would’ve ruined the team’s chemistry by making a desperate trade.
Yes! I still have PTSD tho from several games where we couldn’t close it out last season. OKC fans were bitching we still had our starters in last game and that we were stat padding, and I was thinking, nope. Y’all don’t know what we’ve been through hahaha
That and Jabari is actually looking legit in both ends of the court.
I paused the game until my wife could come in so I could show her Marcus teasing Tatum about possibly getting T’d up after complaining about a no-call (Tatum did not seem pleased about the joke)
We’re still thrilled that our championship year came together and don’t regret that it came at a cost of trading him, but we both still love Marcus Smart
No point guard = bad.
Amen is a natural wing, Reed is a natural 2. Sengun can playmake but he’s best doing so out of the post, not bringing the ball up the floor.
Fred sets up the offense & lets others play their natural roles. Being thrown to the fire last year also has let those guys become better at eyeing the extra pass. Smart is a great back up PG for the bench unit as well.
KD can use his gravity to open guys up & not play 40mpg at super high usage.
A lot of a small things that every Rockets fan was slamming their head into the wall about last year are finally coming into place.
Tbh I always thought FVV was more of an undersized 2 than a pure PG as well. He can definitely play PG don’t get me wrong but I remember on the Raps he worked well with another PG. Maybe part of it was just his tunnel vision where he could only see the net sometimes lol
I didn’t pay super close attention to him on the Raptors, but for his time here, the offense is night & day when he is on the floor. He doesn’t try to score too much other than never seeing a 3 he didn’t like. He is great at getting guys to their spots & especially his 2 man game with Sengun is exceptional.
Health (for now).
They actually have a point guard
We’ve been rebuilding, and have a lot of talent. We had a good team last year but no true pg, bc Fred VF was injured. We are much deeper this year and the roles are more clearly defined. KD was having to do WAY too much last year at his age. It wasn’t ideal for him to have to bring the ball up often due to lack of pg. Adding Marcus Smart is helping on defense and just having a veteran who plays hard is a great addition. We have lots of young guys who have been gradually growing in their games (Bari, Tari, Sengun, Reed).
Fred VanVleet and Marcus Smart
Health
They don’t all hate each other yet. Let’s see how they look in February.
I still have love for FVV. He often gets a bad wrap on our sub for some reason. He’s the best. Your team is fun. Love watching rocket games.
Schierman looks like the Celtics did open try outs in Boston and somehow he made the team.
He’s one of our many scrappy white guys. Good bench player and glue guy. Salt of the earth some might say.
Plays the Game the right way
Like they took him on because “he’s got heart.” Like their own Rudy.
Facts 😂 (I live in boston)
Aurora Nebraska legend
Oh, so “Nebraska Nice” is like a legit thing
Don’t show that to Deuce
okay maybe the kids were right, that man has no aura
It’s to be expected, he is only 19
19 is legal clowb
Well he’s not a paladin, so duh.
he needs to max conviction or fanaticism
More likely to max Prayer and then blow a respec when he realizes it’s useless.
Could argue that looked like Aura of Hate. Wonder what oath he broke.
Never did
guy is walking quietly back, smacks the santizer, and only after that starts jawing performatively lolk
Yall are so fucking weird
two things can be true: we are weird and tatum is unfixably corny
Yeah, I don’t like Tatum, but he’s just frustrated here. Probably shouldn’t be breaking opposing team’s stuff, but seems innocuous for the most part.
Youre allowed to be frustrated but youre also still supposed to be an adult. Youre at work, this is his job, and on top of that its all obviously being recorded and he knows that.
*Jayson Tantrum
So good I wish I came up with it.
That is actually hilarious, I’d probably be the one picking it up too ngl lmao
W Scheierman
Yeah bro this is what happens when you shoot 1-7 from 3. Get to the rim you’re literally 6’11
That’s what confounds me about JT. He’s 6”10, 215, can run like the wind, jump out the gym, actually has good handles, a strong base so it’s not like he’s lanky or anything.
Yet dude seems to not want to attack the basket.
He’s been attacking the basket a lot more this year.
Yep, just checked his shot chart on statmuse, happy to see it. I hope his three ball starts falling though. As much as I don’t want him taking as many as he has been, he should still hover around 36-38% on around 5-7 attempts per game
You should actually watch the games instead of hopping on these dumb bandwagon takes. He is driving to the rim a lot this season.
Oh, so he is, just checked his statmuse shot chart, that’s goood for him
You guys all want to declare achilles has been solved by medicine when it was way too early.
He wasnt that good last year and his shooting without fta is bad this year. Hes likely lost athleticism permanently.
Why everyone needed to chill out and watch this year how tatum/lillard/dejuante/haliburton all really look.
idk if you watched the other 5 celtics games this year but he is getting to the rim at a fairly high rate and shooting a good percentage there.
You’re right, but I can also believe that there’s some impact of injury recovery involved. Lots of people treat it like all-or-nothing, but it wouldn’t be shocking if there are lingering effects. Plus it was the second game of a back-to-back, with no PG, against one of the best teams in the league. I don’t care that he played poorly and I don’t care that he’s frustrated he played poorly. I’ll care if he starts to have way more games where he avoids drives in favor of long 2s.
You’re right, kinda forgot, but even before the injury, he was shooting jumpshots instead you know…layups or dunks
He has the height physical tools and skill to develop an insane postgame. Turnaround jumpers are already money.
Who tf is saying Achilles is solved by medicine lol
Its been pretty widespread on here .
He’s S O F T
He’s not good at it anymore man, watch him when he was younger compared to now. He has just lost a step and has basically taken it out his game but when his 3pt shot ain’t falling it’s easy to notice that he is struggling to score. I mean he’s been money in the midrange but goddamn his 3pt% has to be horrible
His playmaking is elite now and it was not when he was younger
But why act like a baby and someone else cleans up your mess?
His burst has been great this year, wtf is this comment
No he should be shooting more 3s, his 3pr allows him to drive to the rim more
Tatum is 6’7
Good guy Scheierman
He didn’t need that hand santizer dispenser anyways since he’s already washed
Pick that up man. You expect others to clean for you?
Asshole move by Tatum
Are you surprised? Trash behavior by a trash human
What’s he done too make him thrash human?
He plays for the Celtics.
unfortunately no rebuttal to that
Well, he knocks over innocent hand sanitizer stands, so there is that
What OP doesn’t show is the 10 seconds before this where the hand sanitizer station was bullying Deuce. It had it coming.
It was about to retire. It’s last day on the job.
Who smacks over a hand cleaning station?
Usually trash humans.
Bro what
Ew man nice try
can’t see Jaylen Brown doing something like this.
His PR team is improving
Hufflepuff energy tbh
The media would push for him to be fined, suspended, and given the same therapist working with Draymond
For his “disease”
Looks like Jason is providing the lamb chops.
brown leaves it all on the court, and accepts outcomes. doesn’t have the energy for nonsense like this
Give him a break, he’s only 19
Brian Cardinal would be proud

Jayson Tatum knocks over some hand sanitizer - 3000 upvotes
People like drama more than ball.
Like the Rockets are doing so well and have such a surprise improvement this year, but you barely see a post about their players get past a few hundred despite all the leaps they made.
How the heck does tatum look corny doing this stuff too? lmao
Because it just seems so performative
Full neck-dive look at the sanitizer stand. Complete windup of slapping arm. Total textbook “bitch-slap” follow throw with the arm.
Sudden head shaking and lamenting the situation vocally after the encounter with the toiletry tower.
Appearance of frustration at loss: achieved. Good job Tatumbot 9000.
Meanwhile here you are fully analysing something smacking an inanimate object
Everything Tatum does is corny according to reddit.
Texting dead Kobe for internet clout was the end for him. Rightfully so.
For internet clout lol
He posted screenshots of it lmao, why else would he do that?
He’s the most performative superstar in the league. He’s just a phony.
Because he has no aura
Imagine talking about another man like this and not feeling shame
His PR team won’t like that.
Hes just so pretty so when he gets angry its just funny.
Pretty cross eyed*
Hufflepuff-coded
Ok, make sure Bill Simmons sees this so we can listen to his 2 hour podcast breakdown about this incident
How does this affects jaylen brown’s legacy?
this is really uncharacteristic of him, he’s never been one to take out his frustrations that openly. wonder if he’s going through something outside of basketball
edit: yeah yeah he’s mad he has no aura or whatever go ahead and get yalls jokes in
he did something like this before , did you forget his clap incident that got him a tech before ?
A disgusting act
How can he clap?
HOW CAN HE CLAP?! - Tony Brothers
Miserable world we’re living in that I’m finding myself siding with a Celtics fan right now. The anti-Tatum stuff has gone so stale and is completely unjustified. Damn near any other superstar does this and it’s a nothing burger on this sub, but gotta dog pile on Tatum I guess.
Steph has been ejected multiple times for throwing his mouth guard. Including hitting a fan with it. Competitive dudes reacting a bit over the top in frustration happens literally every day in pro sports. People trying to make something out of this are so weird.
I’m sure there’s people who overblow the issue, but if you throw a lil tantrum and act like a toddler, people are gonna clown you. You can be a competitor and still act like a big boy. I assure you it’s possible.
End of the day, it’s some baby shit but this isn’t some big issue and will pass
I don’t really like Tatum that much, but yeah, regardless of what I feel, this feels very much out of character.
Maybe he’s just hyper competitive and frustrated and that would be alright, it’s a bad look in the moment, but it’s one where he just apologizes for it in the future and it’s cool.
But it’s highly possible he’s going through some personal stuff that makes him more volatile emotionally even in public right now, and if that’s the case, hopefully he’s okay.
He’s a Celtic and all, but I don’t fuck with mental health concerns at all. I hope it’s just a generic sports frustration thing and we just forget about this.
NO AURA
Fr is there a better basketball sub then this shithole
-1000 aura points
Pretty sure he looked in the mirror and finally noticed that he has an enormous head that doesn’t really match up to his body.
Jayson Tatum haters are the same people making meatball sub jokes every time a qb makes a bad pass, they’re just so fucking clever
probably found out that he has no aura
At least you’re aware he has no aura. Seriously if they call push offs consistently Tabums about as useful on the court as he was up the Olympic team which is basically 0. Just an Adam silver project, like the Celtics as a whole these past few years, that we can finally move on from.
Its performative. Now that jaylen brown gome he tryna act like hes king
