Such a massive pick for the team’s future.

Cling kong man, he had an amazing breakout season last year. Can’t move laterally for shit. But blocks and boards, great with putback dunks too.

If you’re bored you should watch his rookie year games. Billups was actively tanking us in the early season, but we had this promising younger roster. Our normal starters eventually got injured mid season, and mid November chauncey billups had no other choice but to play some rookies. Cling kong had some insane statlines, games with 17+ boards and super consistent rim defense. He came out of nowhere for these other teams, they didn’t know what to expect.

That was the same year deni started getting minutes, scoot and toumani started to get used meaningfully like a wing defender.

It’s real but his wind up is super slow. He looks like an Ent throwing rocks at Isengard. But if the defense leaves him open he will punish them.

For his size it’s respectable. Some games he will hit one or two some he hits 0 .

I’d say it’s just good enough you want him shooting 3 or 4 a game. They’re always stand still wide open

He needs a lot of space to get it off. But, he is getting to be fairly reliable out there. I would expect his average to drop somewhere around .340 or so by the end of the year. It is now a regular part of his game, and teammates are driving and kicking specifically to give him an open look.

It was always real

Last win in denver was 13 years ago?!

Milk Chamberlain

He’s never really looked like he plays with a ton of effort, but it was really rough tonight

At least 1 Clingan block was Jokic walking into a contest because he was so unconfident in his 3 that he thought throwing up an awkward midrange to foulbait was a better idea

Even then Clingan had as many offensive rebounds as Denver’s entire team.

Team vs team it was 21 to 9, which is basically why Portland won.

I think he’s coasting from here on out

Passing out of 1-on-1 matchups against Jrue and then I think Deni when it was a one or two possession game down the stretch was crazy to me. At least force someone on the Blazers to help to open up a lane elsewhere before passing out big fella.

Sabonis has been a better rebounder in recent years than Jokic though.

Is the father or the son “regular” Sabonis? Or, is it the other son? The coach of the London Lions?

Whole team aside from Murray, Braun, and Bagley were disappointing to bad.

He fouled a lot, but some of those fouls were BS.

That last little box out/screen on one of Deni’s last drives was so nice. The whole time it looked like clingan was just in Deni’s way, and then he just pivoted and sealed the lane for the free layup
