paying good money to see the rise of Ty Jordan

Dude for real though, where did this guy come from? He wasn’t doing any of this last year was he?

everyone knows the 2 best players in the league are ty jerome and karlo matkovic

if he wasn’t playing like this in the same season as Luka Doncic this would be unequivocally the case

Steve Nash Luka combined player?

he went on a solo 9-0 run to force OT, he is Moses

analytical win cuz those guys pointed out that cavs not touching 65 wins after moving him and averaging 20 in 22 minutes in his first year at memphis was a sign of something greater even if he had the injury prone label

He was crazy good on the cavs. I was so excited when he came to the griz. He got hurt in the preseason last year and didn’t play until around December. By then we were so injured and tanking. But there were many games we had to bench him so he didn’t win us the game on his own.

People who were tracking advanced stats were saying this guy is top 6 in the league last season

Certainly not THIS good, but I think watching him play himself into a solid role from a two-way on the dubs made his potential fairly obvious. He had several games in the 16-20 pt range that made some of us go huh…

But then it’s always a question of how something develops, because for every Ty Jerome there is a Kuminga.

at this point i dont know why all nba teams not try giving the bag to per minute monsters like him paul reed peyton pritchard, its the brunson principle

Yes. He had like a top 6 EPM last season. On limited minutes so people dismissed it. But the advanced stats don’t lie

isaac from td3 was glazing the fuck out of him all postseason

Been watching him for 10 years. Love the kid.

Did I think he could be a rock solid NBA point guard? Yes. Did I think hed be valued as a winner and a culture guy in the league? Absolutely.

40 points games on the reg? Absolutely not. And any die hard UVA fan (we’re the ones who’ve been here since Day 1) who says otherwise is lying.

But hot damn do I love it.

had “matas” winning just for ty jerome to turn into 2017 isaiah thomas

shai had his playoff career high right before ayo dosunmu scored 43 now shai had his best game of the year just for Ty jerome to get 40 on less shots lol, that’s wild

he has only completed one full healthy year, off the bench in cleveland, but grizzlies definitely saw something to get no guard back in the Ja deal. this is like his 2023 lauri year

There just legit isnt enough Ty Jerome sample size at all so I just take it game by game

Super star is fucking crazy slow down 😂

He was already good in 2025 and last season in the small amount of games he played.

Obviously I never saw him being this good and it’s probably going to cool down a bit but it’s not some fluke linsanity run.

Biggest thing holding him back will be him staying healthy

Mini run for sure

We are 7 games in. Is that really enough sample size?

Can’t spell Linsanity without TY.

Lmao how is this a “mini” linsanity run when linsanity was only for like 11 games. He leading the league in scoring he already passed that

and mfs who watched him in virginia

Remind me of IT in 2017

He is about to get paid big time, seems like he has a player option of only 9 mil a year

he did average 20 ppg last year on 22 minutes a game haha. only 15 games for a tanking team but dude can score.

You guys always had our number too. CJ McCollum would go for 30+ every time we played

Tyroman Empire

Exactly the last play lol

Did Wemby die

Thunder legend Ty Jerome is hardly 6’5

He was doing this shit (albiet in slightly smaller doses due to lack of minutes) with the Cavs. He’s been this. I honestly can’t believe we let him go.

You joke but people who watched him with the Warriors and especially the Cavs knew this guy could ball. Insanely reliable shot creation, extremely efficient and a low-turnover ball handler.

2-way playing with Steph. Guess he took some of Steph’s magic water or something.

The advanced stats last year actually had him as like top 6 in offensive impact. He just wasn’t getting minutes.

Kinda like Brunson

Luka vs Jerome MVP battle like we all predicted
