At the beginning of the clip there is a twolf almost right where he hits the ball. He never turns around to see that that player ran out on offense and so the buck gets the loose ball easy
he was trying to swat the ball to ayo to get the fast break going, but ayo was doing fuckall to help. people dont understand basketball lol, this would look totally different if ayo got the ball. it would be a no play. This is half rudy’s error.

Their second unit is focused on fast break. It’s why Ayo has been rebounding so much. They don’t want Rudy to grab the ball, stand still for 3 seconds , then pass. This is likely something they emphasized before the game, and Rudy just took it too far lol.
