Apprehensive-Rain601 | LAL

tehachapitotonopah

5 | 5 hours ago

Maybe it’s time to cut Bronny and replace him with a real NBA player so the bench doesn’t have to get pulled because they can’t keep a 15 point lead with 2:30 left.

Apprehensive-Rain601 | LAL

2 | 5 hours ago

The whole Bench unit sucks let’s not single out Bronny lmao. They were even floundering out there with AR

laker-prime

5 | 5 hours ago

This needs to be updated due to the Lakers G League players blowing the lead in the last couple mins.

Doten1 [OP] | LAL

1 | 5 hours ago

Fuck this lol anyway somebody else posted updated one

fuuthat

26 | 6 hours ago

As it stands it looks like any lineup into physical teams that involves AR being the first scoring option doesn’t work at all with this new squad.

The coaching staff will need to relook into our lineups when AR is inside because the AR Sexton Fuckery makes me wanna pull my hair out.

skillet06g | DEN

9 | 6 hours ago

AR needs to hit the weight room. He’s getting bullied by physical defense.

jpw0w | BKN

3 | 5 hours ago

Except he will get slower if he bulks up considerably

Cuavooo | LAL

2 | 5 hours ago

While it’s impressive he still gets to score even with the most difficult shots, things are supposed to be easy especially if you have fucking Luka getting all the attention

laker-prime

2 | 5 hours ago

Walker Kessler too. Dude needs to be more dominant in the paint.

berrytree198

2 | 6 hours ago

That’s been a major issue for years but still got his max somehow

Southern_Clerk8697

0 | 5 hours ago

He’s been getting bullied like this for years, and it doesn’t look like he’s ever tried to be bigger. Doesn’t seem like he’s gonna change

shortyman920 | LAL

4 | 5 hours ago

The issue right now is that outside of Luka the entire Laker team is getting bullied off the floor. So they’re already passing out of pressure and traps and the other team is just winning the ball because lakers are too soft/small/weak.

LN4_LD77

2 | 3 hours ago

The issue is that AR gets hounded so hard constantly that he’s exhausted early in the game. That’s where the efficiency drop and turnovers come.Honestly great game plan form the opposing teams

DolphinRodeo | Spain

14 | 6 hours ago

People here still think he’s bad or is that meme over?

rectuSinister | LAL

6 | 5 hours ago

Just give it until our next loss when people will cherry pick his defensive stats to create a narrative

Affectionate_Still55 | SAS

4 | 3 hours ago

Probably because I check all the post here in r/nba and all the glazers is on Yaxel hype train now so yeah other fanbase will just wait for Luka stinker and it will get 5-10k upvotes.

Glock13Purdy | LAL

11 | 6 hours ago

his last 3 3pt attempts were kinda shit looks and it looked like he was rushing, but my god this man could not miss from 3 today.

he might genuinely average 35 this season lmfao

messigoat1337 | Germany

6 | 6 hours ago

Hes always trying to put on a show when ahead. He will never play out a clean game.

Nsaniac | DAL

4 | 6 hours ago

Except for that 70 point game.

Tcamis01

7 | 5 hours ago

Its because that was a close game. He stopped shooting for most of the 4th because they were selling out to make him give it up. He easily could have had 85 if he went into Bam mode

berrytree198

4 | 5 hours ago

That game doesn’t get talked about enough it was generational

messigoat1337 | Germany

3 | 5 hours ago

that was the best basketball game ever played imo

If the Lakers can maintain a top 3 finish in the West with this production I think he gets it

DharmaBaller | POR

4 | 6 hours ago

SGA is out probably too unless he can strong arm the thunder to contention.

Basically Jokic, Wemby Luka race

oxygen_addiction | SAS

6 | 5 hours ago

If SGA can get the broken Thunder to a top 3, then he deserves 2xMVP.

lakerconvert

1 | 6 hours ago

They won’t give it to him, probably Wemby

Western-Election-997 | LAL

16 | 6 hours ago

Bill Simmons and Wilbon would vote for Tatum or Brown over Luka, not even joking

lakerconvert

2 | 5 hours ago

Yup

--Alix-- | DAL

2 | 4 hours ago

They literally have in the past I’m pretty sure.

Last year JB got more top 3 votes than Luka. I wish I was joking.

PastaCheed | SAS

4 | 6 hours ago

Wemby gotta average 30 with his defense if luka maintains this and is top 3 seed lmao

idkimhereforthememes

3 | 4 hours ago

You don’t realize just how much the media despises luka. He scored 73 points on crazy efficiency and the next day everyone was talking about how bad the defense was to allow it to happen

PastaCheed | SAS

0 | 3 hours ago

If he does this against contenders they cant argue anymore.

messigoat1337 | Germany

1 | 6 hours ago

if laker finishes top6 with that roster then its his

cc11gc

21 | 6 hours ago

as a generational level hater i will choose to ignore this anomalous event until next week when he drops 35/9/7 but is -3 for the game

EntertainerIcy7051 | LAL

By the time wemby gets his first 50, luka would already have had a couple 50s and maybe 60 😭 do not compare them in scoring

That warriors game doesn’t count. We’re 6-1

Kongary | NBA

Truly impressive, even for Luka. Gonna be running him into the ground though if the rest of the team doesn’t hold stronger than they have for when he takes a break.

Edit: case in point he’s back in with some more points now lol

Almost an MVP level performance but Wilbon and Bill Simmons will vote for Jaylen Brown before they do Luka

Free_Adeptness_7879

Also 7 turnovers but they are irrelevant in the grand scheme of things.

😭 I agree op

messigoat1337 | Germany

Lukas teams are better if he has a lot of turnovers
