[Lowlight] Julius Randle throws a grenade to MPJ, and the commentators proceed to clown him for doing so
Yeah I don’t especially miss this
ditto
RJ was the biggest victim of this lol
Lol for some reason I read that as Randle Julius and I was laughing my ass off
Nah, RJ couldn’t hit shots. When we got OG he has put in the same position and knocked down those 3s, I was actually surprised, I think I have shell shock from RJ’s shooting lol.
OG and RJ have different skill sets and roles lol. OG and Randle played like 20 games together. Randle with RJ was the king dribble dribble then throw it to RJ for a bailout if he can’t create a look. There’s a reason RJ has been more efficient with the Raptors.
Wasn’t even here that long, and i’s already a classic move I recognize him by lol.
Not a fun duo to watch, even when they’re both scoring efficiently.
Gotta be the Randle effect, because I liked watching MPJ last year
It’s them trying to have Randle run point for some reason.
What are they, stupid?
Yes, though outside of of MBJ and Nolan we don’t really have a PG so Randle is just de facto PG at times, but they are still stupid.
Point Randle dragged the Knicks starting Elfrid Payton, RJ Barrett, Reggie Bullock & Nerlens Noel/Mitch Robinson to the playoffs as a 4 seed
That team was 3rd in defense with Thibs and 23rd in offense.
Randle was great but I think he’s not as effective as he was then plus the Nets are just a worse team. He really shouldn’t be in this role for the
That was also how many years ago
I remember watching, everything clicked for him that season and hasn’t ever since.
That is a very strong defensive lineup though
They probably aren’t trying to have him run poiint. This is just what he does when he gets the ball.
Julius and Brandon Ingram both had unexplainable boosts to their careers after leaving LA. Neither guy should ever have been considered genuine top options on a championship team. But for some reason ppl have thought they’re that talented.
unexplainable boosts
They were 24 and 22. Very explainable
MPJ was fun to watch last year
MPJ is super fun to watch. Randle… no.
Randle gotta be top 5 empty calories player OAT along with Zach Lavine.
Nah he can actually contribute to a winning team. He’s just not a guy who you can count on to win a championship with.
Dubious Handles Randle
Those jerseys look really nice tho
the commentators dont know that shot clock violation is a team turnover
He def didn’t want to hurt his FG% tho lol
I love the smirk on Fernandez. He understands that’s just life with Julius Randle.
I hate this man
Good defense by Pascal. I saw a crazy stat yesterday about how he hasn’t had a single block yet this season. Hope he got one this game lol.
Seemed like MPJ didn’t realize it either. He gets the ball with .4 left on the clock and still goes to dribble right first
Business Decisions.
If he pivoted back he had a teammate for a 3
Thank god Stone kept our swap with Brooklyn
This court/logo look like they were designed by children
I love Quinn Buckner.
I’ve seen LeBron do this very literally thousands of times 🤷♂️ A lowlight thread seems like a bit much lol
You’ve seen Lebron make a pass with one second left (time of release) leaving the recipient 0.1-0.2 seconds to shoot (time MPJ seems to have control) it instead of just shooting it himself thousands of times?
Bron is shooting in this situation pretty much every time with 1.5s on the shot clock left. Passing here with 5s left is a whole other world to this situation.
VJ Edgecombe would’ve scored it.
(joking, but he really had a nice shot yesterday)
The buzzer hit as soon as it hit his hands
