Memphis is so good at finding and developing guys who are somewhere between the 80th and 120th best players in the NBA.
Being the 80th best player in the league might not sound that impressive, but when there’s 30 teams and you have a whole bunch of those guys on your team, you’re probably going to be pretty solid.
Also Boozer is already really really good.
With Boozer, Memphis is a fringe playoff team. He makes everyone better. With all the injuries going on, I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s an all star this year.

I haven’t watched a game yet. I watched like 10 minutes of game 3, my stream cut out and the game ended before I could find another.
