Not sure if he did a right hand dunk, but the play where I know he’s going to be a star is when Harden is a Sixer, passes to Maxey (2nd year) at the right corner for a 3, but he crazy sped (really don’t think I’ve seen anyone that fast) past his defender to the basket (maybe dunk or layup).

It depends. It’s not about loyalty but really interest in the Sixers. Eagles will still be the number one team that Philly will care about but since they’re on a down year again, people switched their attention to the Sixers now that LeBron joined with the possibility of making a Finals run.

Same. I was prepared to just watch a Sixers team doing a rebuild around Maxey and VJ while waiting out Embiid’s and PG’s contract but then surprised the Brown trade then LeBron choosing Philly to accelerate to a potential contention.
It ebbs and flows in terms of how much focus we apply to each team. But the fanbase will always be all of us, from a 4⁄4 sports city. That other guy who replied to you who said he doesn’t watch much basketball until this year is still referring to the team as “we,” as he should.
