What a joke

You joke but I’ve seen people in this subreddit unironically believe that stuff (granted very few thankfully). I get the brain likes patterns but thinking every NBA game is a special skit whose entire purpose is to send a hidden message via predetermined stat lines is wild stuff. Meanwhile Jeffrey Epstein and his buddies were just openly talking about crazy stuff via standard email.

He’s more of a hand on neck kinda guy, for more details on his mentality google Kobe Colorado 2003.

Which they most likely took from Twitter because a tweet with Dam Imabumyo showed up during the off-season.

I don’t see the comment

You must lose the battle to win the war.

God, I’m so glad that paid off. There was a very probable world where we did that all that tanking and got dropped to 5th anyway. It was a strong draft class so we would have gotten someone good anyway, but it still would have hurt

cuz their favorite rapist goes to 3rd instead of 2nd

Let’s investigate the Jack Taylor 138-point game

oh my god imagine if the sixers went 0-4 man it would be a warzone

yeah imagine if the pistons had come out flat after the offseason drama and playoff fizzle-out, the slander would be insane

Its also because of the games themselves, losses to the Wolves and Pistons is fine but they weren’t really close but then losing to the Hornets and Mavs back to back is just unacceptable for a team that aspires to compete.

You don’t even have to imagine it, just revisit the top posts on this sub after the JB-led Celtics started 0-3.

I would love for my team to go under the radar for once.

Don’t want it to come from becoming poverty like other franchises, but would love to be under the radar and not talked about all the time

Celtics started 0-3 last year. This year feels a little different in the east though.

You mean, Bamn.

damn what a bum

My mistake, you’re right I defaulted to 1 less but it’s actually 2.

giannis is less of a relic than bam. 6’8” center who can’t shoot, can’t drive, can’t catch lobs, overrated defender, mediocre rebounder.. what does he do besides clog the paint for $50m a year? dribble hand offs?

at least giannis is elite at something valuable. not his fault the heat FO were too dumb to make moves to surround him with the right pieces

That implies they weren’t already on the mediocrity treadmill. I feel like keeping Tyler Hero or Duncan Robinson or Jaime would have done WONDERS for the roster. Bam and Giannis MURDER spacing.
