Hey, he avoided the “Tony Snell” with one rebound to go with his one TO and one PF in 22 minutes.

I like to think I follow the team pretty closely and I had no idea who that was until about the 3rd quarter tonight.

We could really use Cher back.

I’ll believe that Sorber is a real player the second I see him wearing a thunder jersey and not street clothes

Mara has always been legit

Damn, no Cher?

Just say thunder win without 3 of their starters

Dude when he went out and then Ajay was hobbled in the 3rd quarter, I was googling bridges nearby me to jump off

What happened??

IMO the Booker PG experiment is not going well. They should do what Wolves did, find a tier 1-2 PG so he can slide back to SG.

Give Ajay credit he was playing great defense on Booker

It was basically against the Warriors’ third stringers

His play has declined and he has been put into an impossible situation. He should be traded to a team with a good point guard, but his contract is pretty rough iirc.

He was barely visible, especially in the 2nd half, if you told me he was out there i would have called you a liar

Was his lowest scoring game in his nba career today while playing 30+ minutes scoring only 3, CIA need to get on his ass

He’s always been overrated

bb-b-bbubt Ishbia’s culture!!

Hey Ajay is still there and Shai

I almost forgot he was in the game.

It was the scheme, not just one defender. They were throwing different looks at him and he never got comfortable.

Stirtz

Thunder had no good defensive players left, just playing zone

Dort don’t live here anymore. He’s with the Hawks. We also lost Caruso in the first half.

Josh Dix.

Ajay

Ajay Mitchell was legit locking him up

The ghost of Dort had that man haunted

Brother, they had him in the Hannibal lecture suit

Seems like some made up shit because I’ve been watching for a couple decades and never encountered this before.

Transitive property my dude

Glad someone else thought that was weird! I’ve seen some strange calls where a player reaches in and touches the ball from out of bounds, but never on player-to-player contact.

Based on what I can find in the rules it actually seems legit, but the exact wording of the rule (“The player is out-of-bounds when he touches the floor or any object on or outside a boundary”) also appears to imply that technically a player could force an out of bounds by standing out of bounds and making contact with the ball handler. But then again, I don’t know if a player counts as an “object” in this case - I believe a ref would, since you consider them part of the floor, so there is precedent for a human being counting as an object.

I think he will pick that up

Bum

There are people who believe he isn’t the best in the world

It’s insane. I’m not going to justify his push offs, but I hate when people bring it up because they always fail to talk about how his defender always has both hands on him. There’s no other way to slow him down now.

As far as tonight goes, Shai needed to let some of those plays go. It was annoying seeing him draw stupid fouls for being careless. Luckily, it didn’t matter

Luka also gets this treatment tbf

I’ve never been more happy to be wrong about a player.

Same. Feels hollow because our ceiling has been drastically lowered

I thought I was a fan but had to Google him

It was between him and Brooks Barnhizer. Dix is unfortunately the better option because he doesn’t take shots.

Bro was ass… like did he forget how to play basketball?

You should not be complaining if your dix touching the floor

I was like “who??”

Well at least we got the Cards to look forward to…oh wait. Well at least we got the Yotes to look forward to…oh wait.

So many bricks

I love to see Miles Bridges lose.

Went from playing the warriors B team to playing 2 Thunder starters

You know, I watched the whole game and somehow didn’t realize booker only had 3 points. Like the actual fuck?

Chet is out tonight with right patellar tendinitis, a knee issue.

Look more like a precaution than a new injury

Back to back. He’s fine.

Sore knee

Thunder haven’t played on on both nights of back to backs in quite some time.

I know this will sound like cope, but from a human perspective, Sam’s presser today made me push aside my disappointment about our closing championship window. The people side of it all is more important, and it’s a privilege to support a squad that hase so many good guys and role models.

Even if the championship window is closed, it’s a special group.

Reminds me of how every season after the finals run in 2012 got derailed by injuries expect the one where they took the warriors to the limit

I mean it already has starting last year, the question is how much will it continue

He have to start every game now

Dillon Brooks always plays well against us too. Booker just disappears though

Combine LAL starters with OKC bench would really cement the snow time lakers

Stirtz at least looks confident out there and you know can hit a shot. I feel bad for Dix but we just needed a body to rest actual players.

Edit: I’m pretty sure I saw Dix just fall completely out of bounds on his own with nobody near him.
