First half was rough for Indy in general w a lot of turnovers. But near the end of the half thru the rest of the game he looked like his usual self.

The team has a lot of growing pains but you can see the talent is there. I hope everyone can get/stay healthy and build chemistry over the season.

My favorite part of the game was Carlisle coming onto the floor during a timeout looking absolutely pissed while we’re up by 20.

Rick is the fucking goat 😂

most coaches look unhappy a lot. Rick Carlisle is permanently stuck in the Jim Carrey Grinch era. I don’t think bruh has smiled once since the 86 Celtics. Also his walkout music is 50 Cent’s Many Men which is fucking crazy

I’m not trying to be a dick to Kings fans (good people), but it was a first round exit though, right?

Only time you have to come to Indy during the regular season. Wish there were 4 games this season.

Best we can do is Nets vs Knicks

Over the past 3 seasons:

Knicks are 28-9 against the rest of the NBA in the playoffs

5-8 vs the pacers

Thats the only positive I have after last season. the 2 seasons prior. Not sure who I wanted to lose more - OKC, Pistons, or Knicks. Alas. It did not turn out well for me.

Pacers are figuring out the chemistry with the new guys. Too bad Zu might miss a few because he still needs reps in the offense, but you can see it’s going to be a thing of beauty once they get some time together

Need to find a backup PG - saw some stats from Caitlin Cooper that showed the team fell off a cliff when either Hali or Nembhard sit.

Vanvleet has an ¹¹⁄₀ ast/tov ratio on opening day for the rockets..

My bad. I was referring to the fact that it was Tyrese’s first 5:1 game of the season. It’s a good stat to help gauge Tyrese’s rust. He averaged 5:1 over the entire ‘24-‘25 season.
