Iirc non global unique drops cannot come from vault. So since tempo is a sekhemas item that requires a specific relic, it will most likely not be approved and probably will ask you to submit another one
There are specific reliquary keys for different pinnacle boss items.In this case it’ll get approved and added and a Zarokhs reliquary key will have the chance to drop it.
But they can. I saw an Adorned with the glittery reliquiry key look a few days ago.
Yep, Trialmaster also has the chance to drop a Trialmaster reliquary key which then can drop foil Adorned.

You get an entry with the top supporter packs. Yes, you have to have the item you want to submit an entry for.

Reliquary Key. Players get to submit an item into the pool of other uniques when using a Reliquary Key. So for example in this case, he submitted a mageblood. So you have a higher chance of getting that instead of some garbage unique

Yes. But if 50 ppl submit MB, then MB is in the pool 50x right? The tier has to hit still

You need to buy the $480 supporter pack in order to do so.
Highest supporter Pack in PoE 2 around 300+$, then you can go to poe website and submit it there like a ticket.
Is this why all unique from those keys are trash? Because they’re basically donations from other players and most aren’t putting in expensive items? Had no idea, thought it was random.
So if one player puts in one mageblood does that mean only one key wins it??
No, they are trash for various reasons. The first is that its weighted so the worthless items are more… common. Most players during 0.1 and 0.2 submitted items that were strong but got nerfed heavily later on thats why you see so much trash in there.
But even if OP put 20 mageblood into the vault, it would simply lead to the keys getting rarer since the drop rate changes dynamically based on the content of the vault.
