You can’t beat them. Starter has a bad start? They’ll slowly come back and tie the game and give it over to the power pen to shut it down until they have a lead. Starter has a good start? Well then you just lose.
Doesn’t matter whether it’s The Miz or Robert Gasser on the mound, they will win, and you’re team can’t do anything about it.
Only Michael King can stop them, apparently.

It was still six innings but the crazy thing is, we didn’t exhaust our bullpen. We still had a few arms, including our closer.
If the Brewers sweep I don’t think I’d be surprised at this point. Every phase of their team is just lights out and does everything they need to do when they need to do it. Pardon my language but it’s bonkers.
Attended games 3 and 4 of the NLDS. The Brewers are the best team I’ve watched in person since the 1998 Yankees. The Padres always seem to catch the really good ones.
