The second time it was Ingram, an All-Star who didn’t play well in the Playoffs, and Gradey Dick, a young SG who was drafted to be a shooter but couldn’t shoot. He had fallen out of the rotation in Toronto in the second half of last season. The rest of the young bench stayed.
