DV’s the kinda guy who’d somehow manage to do that regardless…but iirc they added some padding afterwards.
They put something on the slide like wax or something to slow it down after Vassegh’s snafu.
And people die in auto accidents every day. Should he not drive a car?
I mean, it’s a slide that’s already proven it can break someone’s arm. And Tolle literally makes his living with his arm. No matter how minuscule a risk (and I don’t think it’s minuscule) you’re risking a literal million dollar arm. It makes sense the Sox would have some trepidation
He could also cross the street and get hit by a bus. Because one guy broke his arm on a slide doesn’t make it some crazy dangerous act.
