Unfortunately you can’t , or better , you can’t deterministically. You could try annuling or chaosing a suffix but it’s a ¹⁄₃ chance. Whittling won’t work cause mana per enemy killed is 78ilevel while crit chance is 73. That’s why people want to fracture crit chance .

On the other hand , I had a only phys +5 sanctified like this , and mana per enemy killed enabled me to drop it from a jewel . Found it a big qol suffix , and since you have this bow I guess you won’t miss the extra damage.

What I would do ( given huge capital ) . Get T1 accuracy desecrated , whittle prefix to T1 accuracy/physical , desecrate T1 flat phys .
