Good news. Not Achilles
I don’t think achilles was ever a possibility. He fell down holding his knee immediately after his leg buckled. The achilles is on the back of your calf/ankle/heel. Are you confusing it with the ACL in the knee?
This is a common misconception I see on here. A lot of people think the Achilles and the ACL are the same thing.
Was it ever a question of an achilles? You see his knee pop and he immediately grabs at his knee, the achilles is quite a ways away from the kneecap

Too many here people think acl stands for achilles. I constantly saw people referring to Hali’s injury as an acl injury.
