My left and right foot takes turn having Plantar fasciitis. Every time I feel like one foot is healed the other side pops back up. Actually both was in good condition for about a year and then it popped right back up just recently. It’s disheartening man

I’ve never had a tear, but I’ve dealt with Plantar Fasciitis for a number of years. It’s one of the most annoying and consistently painful things to deal with. I fear this will be an ongoing issue for him from here on out

I’m not sure exactly what this will mean based on this general diagnosis but I’d probably trade my plantar fasciitis (which isn’t necessarily the same thing as this as but it’s persistent tiny tears) for some more major injuries like a ligament tear.
