Why is the bpm so low?
this is not what bpm is. BPM is a box score derivative advanced stat, while plus minus that show up in the box score is just how many points the team scores while he’s on minus how much the opponent scores
so on a small sample it can be just affected by variation etc, they made a bunch of 3s while he was on

i mean it’s objectively not. The BPM that people are always like “look how high jokic’s bpm is” is a well defined stat but this is just not what it is

he was not trying to impact the game for winning like normal, usually he would shoot more, he was just looking to get other players shots up.
