As someone who drafted Keaton Wagler in 2k26 my league off season and developed him into a superstar, I feel a connection with Wagler I will root for him

I would call him a bust but I think most people didn’t believe in him when he was drafted
I honestly don’t see it if he becomes good I’ll admit I was wrong but he doesn’t have that factor to be a difference maker , I always thought it should have been Mikel brown
Why did the Clippers play safe and go with Wagler, when they needed a high-upswing guy like Mikel? Wagler is a guaranteed high end role player, but to be an all star is kinda harsh. Mikel can be out of the league with his injuries, but he can easily be a superstar with his skill set

Didn’t dunk once in college and is all around a weakling lol, his shooting and playmaking were his big pros coming out of Illinois and so far in summer league and this preseason game it hasn’t translated. Not to mention he was no where near considered to be a lottery pick coming out of high school, he wasn’t even on most peoples radar at all, so his ascension his freshman year could maybe just be a one hit wonder type season. Could still be good in the NBA tho obviously, just laying out why people have concerns
