Back in 2021, after experiencing playing in the finals for the first time in his career, Chris Paul admitted to the world that he was addicted to playing in the finals. Since then, he only made it to the playoffs once back in 2022 where they got eliminated in the 2nd round.

He never made the playoffs again after that. He has been sober for over 5 years now and will now be sober forever, now that he retired from the league. Chris Paul making sure he never made it to the finals inspired me to battle my own addiction as well.

Hope Chris Paul inspires all of you as well to fight the addiction you’re facing right now.
