There was a kid in my grade back in middle school that used to shout “Andre Miller” whenever he’d shoot the ball during recess. No idea why. Kid didn’t even play basketball like that. Wonder how he’s doing.
LOL at the guy almost goaltending it going “oh shit” and pulling away as he realizes it’s going in the cylinder. I can’t tell who, looks oddly like an old Shawn Kemp, but it’s the Bucks so… Ervin Johnson?
Yep, Ervin Johnson! Jersey #40, played in Milwaukee 1997-2003, overlapping Miller’s stay in Cleveland 1999-2002.
Nailed it.
good recognition on his part too… not to give up a freebie goal tend
lol I didn’t know the Cavs used to just have a generic hoop and ball for their center court
It’s the Cavs “V” bro
It was their logo as well and not just a random half court design.
Thanks for the info, that’s the worst logo I’ve ever seen haha
The predecessor was just the word CAVS with a ball going in to the V that had some netting inside of it. The Cavs were pretty far behind of the extravagant logos of the time.
Their owner from 1983 to 2005 was a blind guy. He probably didn’t prioritize the visual aspects /s
One of my favorite players ever. Randomly had legendary moments like this, his 52 point game, and his game winner on Draymond in the playoffs. Also a top 5 lob passer of all time if not #1
“LaMarcus Aldridge!”
Bro got up higher than he ever has on a shot
This is one of only 216 made threes (regular + playoff) over his entire 17-year career. Less than 13 per season. The Professor is a relic of bygone era.
Andre Miller was a baller for my early 2000s fantasy NBA team.
Doing that with his momentum carrying backwards is insane
Lolll thos were the days hahaha
Lockout hurt Cavs big. NBA gifted them LeBron and Gund could sell the team. Look at the arena, so empty.
Most underrated player of all time
