A person can tear positive for cannabis up to 30 days after last consuming so there really isn’t a reliable way to prove that they are under the influence outside of a field sobriety test.

He still is. Weed is legal in Arizona. People who smoke weed smell like weed and make their cars smell without having to smoke in the car. More to that, you could smoke in your parked car months ago at home and the smell will remain. There is no evidence that Dillon was high while driving that night and there wont be. Innocent until proven guilty.
