I have measured 1.5” different in physicals a year apart before. I don’t think I hit a growth spurt at 29, I think it was a combination of posture, how compressed my spine was, and the accuracy of the measurement. I just measured on a good day the second time.

They aren’t actually growing. It’s just posture/spine compression variation and/or just misreporting. So many player weights are obviously inaccurate, I’d imagine heights are too

HGH doesn’t help with height after your bones’ growth plates have fused (it’s why growth hormone tumors cause gigantism in kids but acromegaly in adults). Some of these players are young enough that the testosterone mediated effects on the bone haven’t fully completed.

You’re still growing in your mid to late twenties. For regular folk it’s sideways (waist size) or bone density. I went from 130-160 from 25-29. I have the exact same body comp but I’m 1” taller and went from 30-34 waist.

Zion is like 6’6-6’7 but he wears his weight well. Not like how he used to be but is progress. His weight loss has been noticeable.

lol if he’s 6’10 Ant is 6’9. When Ant would guard him last year he was the same height/maybe barely shorter.
