Been through so much in his personal life and had his reputation dragged through the mud a lot by media and that whole Jimmy circus when he was with Minnesota. But he was humble and respectful through all of it. Glad he got a chance to prove how great he is and get a ring.

It’s still so crazy how these five have basically went from being regular NBA star players before the playoffs to us Knicks fans treating them like they’re the Beatles (okay not quite but still) all summer after they broke the 53 year curse.
The amount of attention they got even outside the NBA world for the things they did was absolutely crazy with E-News and Page Six and People Magazine covering them all summer. And then of course all of the events they were at where the lines to see them were ridiculously long and the prices were ridiculously high.
This Knicks summer is gonna end next month with the banner being raised but I will never forget this whole championship offseason. It was everything I could have imagined and more.

But still, we said forever that if you get the Knicks a championship we will treat you like gods here forever. The starting five have already been treated as such and will continue to be treated like that.

Diehard Knicks fan. Brunson is my favorite Knick. He’s my favorite sport athlete of all time. That being said this was one of the most unfunniest things I have ever watched. And it’s not his fault, his acting was hilarious but the skits were so unbelievable cheesy/corny. I only enjoyed the opening & the first skit when he was in the office. I don’t see how people can watch this slop weekly. Holy shit.
