To be fair he was getting locked up mid stride and the contact spun him so he just leaned into it instead of getting trapped with the ball with USA swarming him. I won’t say it was the best move but it was certainly not the worst. It was just a shitty situation and should have been prevented by getting the ball and heading straight down court instead of that direction. In the air increases chance to get injured by a lot, especially if someone is underneath you.
