Bro this team had me believing in Yuta Watanabe. Ben was pretty decent when he was healthy and this was apart of that 11 game winning streak we went on. The Potential for this team was something special, well put together team it’s a shame. Miss the feeling of being a good team.

What this team could have been, man. Such a shame it never fully came together. Should have never traded for Harden, imo, as great as he was. I hated it when it happened, tbh. As fun as it was for the, like 15 games(?) we got of them together. Jarrett Allen was the perfect rim runner. If they were more patient and had Allen and Claxton running with Kyrie and Durant? With somebody to spot up 3 like Joe Harris? Smh. Big time fumble by Brooklyn, imo. Horrible team building.

they wasted their window when kyrie was sitting out because he refused to get vaccinated. Not gonna get into that argument but him sitting out on games absolute fucked that season.

Eh I mean they absolutely would have won at least 1 ring if they had stayed somewhat healthy and there wasn’t an unexpected pandemic. Hard to call that poor team building

I mean, I do totally understand your position. I’m biased as a bitter fan who was never really a huge fan of Harden despite eventually enjoying watching him play and appreciating his game more while he was here. In my opinion, they didn’t need more scoring and passing and another ball dominant scorer on the tail end of his prime. They needed rebounding and defense and guys to catch lobs and shoot 3s off of the gravity created by Kyrie and KD. That was Allen and the still developing Claxton as far as I’m concerned.
