It took the Cavs losing both Love and Irving in the 2015 finals for GS to wear the Cavs down in 6. The Warriors needed two superstars out of the lineup to win in 6, and then became the first team to lose an NBA finals when up 3-1 against a healthy Cavs in 2016.

Without KD, they may not have even made it out of the West in 17 & 18.

That’s exactly why KD going to Warriors was the softest move.
