We did well stopping Dwight in the other games because we double teamed but they had a group of absolute cunts around the perimeter laser beaming 3’s.
Rashard Lewis and Hedo Turkoglu were killing us. I still hate Hedo more than anyone on the Warriors or any other team because of that series.
The game in the video where Dwight dominated was the game where we tried the strategy of “let Dwight get his and guard the kick outs to stop the 3’s”

Meh LeBron was still way quicker than Dwight and a much more fluid athlete. But I bet Dwight had a higher standing two-foot vertical than LeBron.
Prime Howard was a beast, everybody seems like they forgot how good he was
I used to always get so upset watching these highlights cuz it felt like Dwight’s offensive arsenal completely disappeared during his first stint on the Lakers. He had some pretty good footwork, post moves and baby hooks during his runs in Orlando
He wasn’t going to be the focal point on offense next to Kobe, and it didn’t help that he had a sugar habit so bad it affected his nerves and stamina. He also had a back injury that left his left leg basically dead in 2012. Imagine if he had Kobe’s dedication to go with his physical gifts. He’d have been an all-timer.
It really is incredible how long LeBron has lasted. I remember being a stupid kid watching this series
