If crafting for yourself, i wouldn’t spend too much on this as the base is “okay”. You could start with some perfect aug then regal. Youre looking for spirit ideally t1/t2. Then for the regal you’re hoping it hits a prefix
From there, youre hoping the regal hits your prefixes so you can safely slam on essence of the breach with the omen of sinistral crystallisation if your aug and regal gives bad mods.
From there you have a few choices. If you need resistances id fill your quality with a catalyst of your resistance choice. Then use omen of catalystsing exaltation. You would repeat this twice with omen of greater exaltation if all you want are resistances and if you have two open prefixes from the regal slam. Make sure you also use an omen of dextral exaltation too
After suffixes are complete youll be working on prefixes. Youll first 40% minion quality to get the +4 then get rid if the quality mod using a whittle.
Youll then want to craft on perfect essence of enhancement while using a sinistral crystallisation again. Hopefully at this point you should have 2 prefixes and then you can desecrate a third using ancient collarbone and echo abyssals. Youll be aiming for spirit.
Most likely crafting for myself. Playing Spirit Walker with Monkey. Mainly don’t want to slam the wrong item and lost the + minion skills
This commenters guide is a good one for you then - you get a bit of practice using omens to force whether prefixes/suffixes get removed and because it relates to essences rather than chaos it’ll be using relatively cheap ones. Unless values have wildly changed in the last week or so the most expensive part will be the minion quality to get +4 (you only actually need 34% quality to get the +4 unless you are really rich and want to try some lottery ticket sanctification rolling at the end, stooping there would save a couple of div)

If you are playing HC trade I highly recommend selling it as it is. The Item Level is quite low for it to be a godly craft and the resources necessary to attempt something of that scale often aren’t worth it. You have to price the item as a blue item with only 1 affix, don’t forget to select the correct item level since that influences the price a lot and also the base item is not really desirable.

Additionally you can use 3 Liquid Emotions to instill a notable passive of you choice from the passive skill tree. To do this you will need to go to Caer Tarth on the map, put in your amulet and your 3 desired Liquid Emotions (to see which ones you need for your selected passive note you open up your skill tree and hold ALT over the notable passive point you want and it will tell you the Emotions you need).
