It’s quite interesting that the approach completly changed for the 2 as the series went out,

For Jokic the started out with Chet/Hartenstein/J- Will in game 1, then went completly to Hartenstein/J-Will and then close the series going small vs him

For Wemby they started with Jdub and Caruso and after that game went completly to Hartenstein/J-Will

I’m not trying to disagree necessarily but .592 true shooting on a guy that’s usually sitting around .650+ TS% is a pretty steep drop off. He also had 3 straight games (2-4) where he shot below 40% from the field, where he had a 46.7% TS (Game 2), a 37.4% TS (Game 3), and a 47.9% TS (Game 4). and while no he did not average more turnovers than assists, the ratio was pretty rough. 5.8 AST to 4.4 TO’s

Also saying he’s center is pretty meaningless when he’s a high volume scorer. The only centers that get boosts are non-volume/non offensive engines like Gobert, Jarrett Allen, etc.

Second, that EFG% was higher than the average EFG% of the series, so he was still an efficient volume scorer against the #1 defense with no offensive help
