Actually, people can go gray as early as their early 30s. Gray hair has NOTHING to do with how healthy or active you are. It’s due to the cells in your hair follicles stopping and slowing down melanin production as you age. It probably look “odd” because most people who go gray early dye their hair (they are actually graying but just hiding it 😭). It’s actually completely normal. Only graying before 30s is what is considered abnormal
