If his contract gets voided no way he isn’t suspended a year too. The NBA wouldn’t go as far as to terminate a contract and NOT ban/suspend the player for the same action
Joe Smith didn’t get suspended when his contract was voided. There’s no language for suspension in this situation in the CBA. Punishments are laid out and that isn’t among them.

Defense and rebounding has fallen off significantly compared to 2019 and if you think he’s going to play 40 min a night like he did during your playoff run Steve ballmer has some trees to sell you. You’re vastly underestimating how much the deal kawhi and clippers effected the league, particularly the raptors.
The raptors very well could have had a repeat and a dynasty, particularly since Scottie Barnes would have cemented them.
Raptors lost kawhi and perennial playoff contenders /players went elsewhere. Who knows who else would have joined the raps to continue the runs.
The clippers very well may need to lose huge amounts of cash, huge amounts of draft picks to the raps for like 15 years, and likely force selling the team from clippers ownership.

Jamal has proven to mesh well with a connector esque player like Jokic or Scottie. Scottie is like a Jokic with a lesser offensive bag but a much stronger defensive upside. With him and the rest of the top 5 defence Raptors offer they can easily cover Jamal on defence while he runs the offence, something the Raptors desperately need.

Giannis has been injured a lot in the past couple years and there was no chance he was staying in Milwaukee.
Other than the past season where the Bucks were holding him out, Giannis had played over 60 games every year he has been in the league. And over 67 for 3 of the past 4 years prior to this past year.
