LeBron had to carry worse bums while playing 40 minutes a night and scoring+assisting but he gets shit on for an all star defense which he accomplishes with whatever stamina he has left.
There’s obvious levels. If LeBron solely focused on defense every game he’d be the greatest defender of all time

The discussion isn’t about “the best 2 way guys” or “best defensive players that have to carry an offense” it was about “best defenders”. It’s a simple task, and you all tried to do something extra with it.

This was the season following the Olympics. You could definitely see the improvement and attention to detail in his game this season. His effort and energy level was just a notch higher than previous seasons.
Guy’s a pretty great defender
Held a lot of top notch scorers to single digits for 48 minutes. Held some scoreless in the 4th quarter.
