Sort of a D Rose / Westbrook vibe, but yeah with the super high level IQ, great defense, and IMO a better finishing package and mid range game to boot.
I think in a more open style of play (like this era) he’s a better passer. He was driving with the spacing of Haslem and Shaq and still finishing over bigs. Great lobber for what it’s worth too which we saw with the Heatles on full display.

perennial 6th man at most, benchwarmer most of his career. he’s big but he’s slow and has bad footwork, carried mostly by star studded team like the thunders and celtics.
He was a McDonald’s All American but yeah he was blessed to be big as hell and semi athletic …sooo….welcome to the NBA especially back then
He looks out of place in the back end of his career as the league was beginning to transition to the faster pace of play and more 3s, but earlier on he was the most typical type of big you’d have off the bench or even starting - big tough guy that didn’t have too move great. He was guarding guys like Bynum and did start on the 08 team.
Hes a clown on TV but he was a genuine enforcer type of big that was very hard to move, set hard screens, good for post defense, boards, a put back here and there.
Also a lot of guys IMO would move out the way on these dunk attempts, but even as he was older he’d go for the contest and take that shit which I gotta respect at the end of the day.

It’s the wingspans that make the difference. Wade has a 7-foot wingspan IIRC. Pretty much every major dunker has a huge wingspan.
Not sure if Wade could pull this off with an average wingspan similar to his height.
