Bam has had a respectable middy for a while now I thought? For a big, that still generates a good amount of spacing even if it’s only been recently that he was able to hit the 3 consistently
It does. You don’t need to be 20ft out from the bucket to space the floor. Having a solid jumper from 16ft or a solid floater from 12, it opens the floor up. If you watch basketball, you’ll see that work out consistently - pg drives and dumps it off to their big for a floater from 8-12ft away.

Bams middy has been below average last like 2 or 3 seasons now. Hence why his efficiency is poor. 32% on 6 3’s a game also is poor. Albeit first season with that volume

Exactly. I don’t know if it will prove to be great, but the Heat certainly have patched something together especially if Klay is added to the mix. I think the huge need right now is dribbling, passing and playmaking from a point guard (or two, or three).

Giannis is one of the best spacing players in the league for every player not named Giannis.
Sounds like Klay is the priority and if we land him the spacing isn’t much of an issue. The big problem is we lack a secondary playmaker/shot maker to take pressure off Giannis.
He believes in his team, can’t fault that
One of Giannis’ strongest traits is loyalty. He legitimately loves all of his teammates/coaches. It probably would benefit him to look at his teammates more realistically and demand more from people around him, but that’s not his leadership style and not the person he wants to be.
He actually believes in his teammates too much most of the time. My favorite example of this is him saying Grayson Allen was one of the best wing pick and roll ball handlers in the league. He said this multiple times over like two seasons and he meant it.
He made them bring Lillard in killing any chance of building a contending team. He is passive aggressive to his core.
If anyone needs confidence boosting, it’s Niko. Hope Giannis can bring out the best in him. Dude balls out with Joker on the Serbian team, because Jokic, but he looks like an ENTIRELY different player when he’s playing with them vs with Miami. If he doesn’t work out this year, Denver should really look at him fr lol. Joker would be so happy.
