If his ankle injury is behind him, Zach Edey. It’s an absolute shame that we didn’t get to see more of it, but it was looking like he was taking a sophomore leap last season. He was so, so good.

I like Kessler. He had >70% on FTs last year, and has a positive ASSIST/TO ratio. Those are my quick-glance evaluators to determine if a giant guy is a stiff or not.

He’s great defensively and has the ability to finish at a higher percentage at the rim.

Just all around very solid, and he should get tons of easy looks playing with Luka.

Rocco is gonna be out of the league. Clingan is the best bet followed by Edey

I didn’t like the Kessler move for the Lakers at first, I still don’t think it makes them true contenders but Kessler will Doncic as his point guard has all star potential. Could see him averaging 20,11 and making all def team.

If you told me Kessler’s shooting outbreak was real and he could stay healthy for 75+ games then he’s the easiest choice. Clingan is probably next if he can get in a little better shape

Rikarsky is one I’m not sold on. Aday needs the game to slow down and put on some good weight. Edey I’m just not super sure can stay healthy or he moves well enough

I know he hasn’t played a single NBA minute but if we’re just going off potential, Mara seems to have a bit more to offer.

Out of these? Easily, Kessler. And I’m not biased at all.

I would lean Kessler because he’s elite on defense while being good on offense. Clingan is elite on defense but sucks on offense. Edey is good on offense but nothing special on defense.
