The man has been a warrior for us. So many people shit on him, but he plays through and comes back from so many freak injuries, most of them aren’t even his fault. He embodies Philly better than any player has for the Sixers since AI.

I want to win one, but it would be very bittersweet without Joel. He has given us his all his entire career and put his body on the line many times to do so. He deserves one whether outside fans realize that or recognize why.

He was overall very good against Boston when you consider he was coming back from the surgery. Excellent in close out game.

It just took all we had to claw back that 3-1 and then ran into the buzzsaw Knicks with half the rest they had.

Embiid has never had so much support across the roster. He won’t need to carry just to get a good seed in the regular season. Hopefully this will help him manage himself to be in the postseason in decent shape.
