Not an expert crafter but I would imagine it will require a bit of luck to get it.
I think step should be like that unless someone more experienced has a better approach but it still a costly craft with a lot of rng

I think fracture on prefix would be a more cost effective approach. Then spamming chaos for 2nd rarity and crystallization omen for mana regen. If it fails, yolo annul and try again.
If I repeat step 5 after step 6 wouldn’t I lose the Quality ?
Dont underestimate how hard it is to get %mana on amulet, that will waste way too much currency to get

The level of the T2 % mana is 60. The rarity is like 47. Cant whittle.
You could annul omen prefix but I dont think its worth it. Its up to you if you want to dump more currency for it.
How do you look up the levels for whittling?
Can whittle + omen of sinister erasure + perfect chaos since T1 mana is ilvl82 and rarirty is fractured.

For my build it’s perfect like it shows in the picture. I just didn’t know how to set the mana before life mod to 22 % on PoB

chaos spam till t1 suffix rarity
exalt prefix + prefix-essence omen + breach essence + 40% mana quality
suffix-exalt omen + catalyzing omen + perfect exalt the suffix and hope to hit t1 mana regen %. If you fail, then annul. If you annul the suffix rarity, then annul everything and go back to step 2. Repeat until you hit t1 mana regen
desecrate suffix and unveil your modifier
40% quality + catalyzing perfect exalt until you hit t1 flat mana. Prefix-annul (with omen) + prefix-essence (omen, if necessary) with breach essence and repeat step 6 if fail the exalt
40% quality + whittle with a perfect chaos orb
prefix-whittle with perfect chaos orb (with double omen) until you hit t1 rarity ( around 1⁄20 I believe)
This is the only correct craft method.
Trying to catalysing mana% on prefix is copium. And trying to whittle mana % is even more cope.
I would also add that at step 7 u could quality to 50% and see if it gets corrupted before going in with the rarity whittle as that would be the most expensive and last step (rightfully so).
