Since I woke up my tree started acting weird
how long since the last time you opened this character? i think there were passive skill tree change few patches ago. not sure would that be the cause of your issue or just some random bug
Just re-log until its fixed.

When you Looks Close in the middle they all dont have a Link in that Cluster lol
After reloging 3 times tree is fixed.
