George Hill was one of the most underrated players of that era. Compared to Teague, Hill was a better defender, better decision maker, more efficient scorer, more composed in big moments, and was generally heavily favored by advanced stats.
IIRC, Hill had 4-5 seasons with EPM in the 90th percentile or better (and another couple in the upper 80s), compared to just 1-2 for Teague. And even though Teague’s AS year was his best year by EPM, that year happened to be Hill’s best year by the same metric. ~93rd percentile for Teague compared to ~97th percentile for Hill. The only guards put up better advanced stats than Hill that year were big name superstars.
Teague’s lone All-Star selection came as the Hawks held the 1 seed in the East. Teague had a good year, but much of his selection can be attributed a combination of: A) The East being weak; B) The Hawks playing well in the regular season; C) Atlanta’s status as a relatively large media market; and D) Fan votes acting as the only AS selection criteria at the time.
Ultimately, 4(!) Hawks players were selected to the AS game that season before that team got swept by the Cavs/LeBron in the 2nd round.
Conley, Hill, Teague, and Gordon each had pretty damn good primes. But IMO, the ranking has to be either:
Conley >> Hill >> Teague > Gordon
or
Conley >> Hill >> Gordon > Teague

As a kid, I knew Gordon & his family from school. Hill went to Broad Ripple HS, which is where my grandma had been a math teacher.
When Jeff moved back to Indy after retirement, he moved to my street. Although he has since moved back to Pike Township :)
I like them all, and they all had/have incredible NBA careers. But Hill was crazy good and crazy underrated.

I am not old enough to have witnessed Bibby in his prime but I’d go with him. Seems to have contributed more solidly to more serious winning teams than Teague.

Yup, while he wasn’t completely washed, he was declining and wasn’t an all star caliber player. He was still effective at getting to the line but his 3 point shot never really came back in 2010- (even though he was making them in at a decent clip in the 2008 playoffs against LeBron).
