It’s not a horrible fit at all. LeBron can’t and shouldn’t be controlling the offense for 36 minutes and 100 games. He’s too old. Harden plays point guard and is happy to be a third option.

Mitchell is the Kyrie or Wade scorer but not really much of a playmaker. He’s not a guy to initiate the offense very often.

CLE gives him the best blend of what hes looking for.

They give him the best story but the basketball fit is terrible. Lebron has always needed 3&D wings and a big who can shoot. Cleveland has 3orD wings and bigs who can’t shoot. Cleveland also already has too many players who need the ball.

Minnesota lets him slot in wherever he’s feeling. Doesn’t have to be the top option for scoring or playmaking, which it sounds like he appreciates, doesn’t have to be the primary PoA defender. If he doesn’t want to have to carry the whole team night in and night out, Minnesota is the place
