Y’all definitely should have Culver’s. Indiana is a tricky one cause we kind of just adopt other places’ fast food, and the state used to be super non-chain family-owned drive-in and diner heavy. I’d say Steak N’ Shake is a good option 1, and Papa John’s (instead of the Clippers) as an option 2 since it started in Jeffersonville, but is really a Louisville and Kentucky thing.

San Antonio fits. Was good, classic nostalgia (90s and early 00s T Bell), bit of a downturn, but roared back to being consistently a top FF chain. Basically since they introduced the Doritos Locos taco.

Taco Bell had that period from mid 00s to mid 10s where they sucked and had a bad reputation. Since then they consistently rank high as far as health inspections go, they are on the forefront of popularity, and they have a cult following with their crazy/insane menu items (here’s where I shoehorn in a Wemby comparison since he’s so outlandish).

It’s not perfect on the timing but really cool and nostalgic, short downturn, shot back up quickly.
