the 4 misses were all pretty bad looks too that he was forced into no? I remember one pass he caught with less than 2 seconds and was forced to instant shoot with 2 people guarding him and it got blocked. Even the commentator said he didn’t have much of a chance to get a shot off. And then didn’t he heave a long half-court 3 as timed expired in an earlier quarter?
He starts the game with a pull-up three that he sinks. Hits a step-back 3. A moving 3 off of an inbound, and then a deep three at the buzzard of regulation. That’s quite the statement from a guy who was said couldn’t shoot. Not only was he 7-11 but it was the variety of 3s he displayed that is the actual insane part. If it was all spot-up open 3s we obviously all wouldn’t be reacting nearly as much.
edit: he missed an open corner 3, so definity had at least one bad miss.
